Athletics

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School is part of the Catholic Youth Athletic Association (C.Y.A.A.). We offer sports for boys and girls in grades 5-8. Students compete with teams from other schools in the diocese. If your child would like to participate in Grades 5-8 Catholic Youth Athletic Association Sports Program, please complete the Athletic Packet.  The Athletic Packet must be completed in its entirety and turned in for each school year.  Registration fees will be collected prior to the start of each sport’s season.

Coaching:

The Sports Program at OLPH is looking for coaches for the upcoming school year.  The Athletics Department would like to have all of our coaches lined up prior to the start of the school year. Please consider volunteering your service hours to OLPH as a coach. Coaching is a great way to become more involved in our school community, while making a positive impact on our athletes.  We need coaches for the following areas; contact Coach Ewell or Coach Andy if you have questions or need further information.  dewell@olphaz.org or akiltz@olphaz.org

Girls’ Volleyball in grades 5-8
Girls’ Softball in grades 5-8
Girls’ Basketball in grades 5-8
Boys’ Flag Football in grades 5-8
Boys’ Basketball in grades 5-8
Boys’ Baseball in grades 5-8

*All coaches must be compliant with Safe Environment Training. Click here for additional information about Safe Environment Training.

Registration Fees:

Registration fees are due by the Friday of each signup week before practices begin.  Registration fees must be paid for each sports season.
